Ran across this completely by accident; it's run by someone named "Pride Bear". Maybe some of us at SHRH can visit and sign the guestbook at least. 8) Simple yet nicely done. Here it is! |

ick...I'm sure they meant to do well but the poor grammar and obvious plagerism from other sites is a total turn off. I can't believe a true Care Bear fan would copy and paste that Cheer Bear is a Gay Pride bear. I'm sorry...I give that site 2 thumbs down. |

Oh and the Guestbook doesn't work at all. I clicked to check it out and it gave me this message. "February 6, 2007 Due to issues with the server, Guestbook Depot was temporarily taken off-line. Things should return to normal over the next few days. Thank you for your patience." Mind you...that was almost a year ago. I doubt they'll be fixing that anytime soon. |

The background graphics are the only things good about this site. I'm sorry, but the discriptions hardly make it sound like she's trying to describe the Care Bear's. Who is Pride Bear, anyway? One of the new Care Bear's? After reading a few sentences of Cheer Bear's discription, I did not want to read any more. As Pure Heart said, poor grammar, and saying Cheer Bear is sometimes called 'Gay Pride Bear' is completely false. Besides, how can Cheer be gay when she's a girl? I think the person might mean lesbian...but I hardly think a rainbow would signify that anyone is a lesbian/gay person. Rainbows signify joy, and harmony. Two thumbs down.

The site looks rather unprofessional, but the upside is that there's a white background behind the text. That makes it easier to read. Still, the site doesn't have much to offer. And I don't like the fact that every sentence ends in an exclamation point! About the Cheer Bear "gay pride" thing, that's news to me. But then again, the person who made the website goes under the name Pride Bear. Maybe there's a connection. |
