Ohh, I'm so terrible at these things  Being an 80's child, I liked alot of things from that decade, but I would say Care Bears definitely had the biggest impact on my life. I remember having a Friend Bear and Bright Heart when I was little, and one of my earliest memories is being on a plane trip with family, and looking out the window the whole time at the ocean of clouds and trying to find Care-a-lot ^^*. Sadly growing up and being the big brother takes it's toll on those sorts of things. My mother gave my Care Bears away to my cousins when I became 'too old' for them. I'd almost forgotten about them before I entered high school and got a computer when we got internet access in our little town. Then I discovered the internet and found out that 'Hey, older people can like Care Bears too!' I was able to find some on my own, they along with the episodes from tv (thanks a ton again Tenderheart for providing that service back in the day =) ) helped me through some very rough times I was going through. Having moved out I'm more free to collect as I wish, though I still find myself rather embarrassed about buying Care Bear things, but I'm working on it. Till then, thank my lucky stars for Amazon eh? I couldn't really find an appropriate avatar yet, so for now a publicly available one from VGCats of Optimus Prime playing on a DS will do. In closing, I...ooo, Care Bear icons! These look fun..let's get a line going! With some of my favorites..

Fisrt off  ... I'm glad you came to join us... I know you will love it here.. I'm also a guy Care Bear Collector... I have so many in my garge, It's insane.. After buying a lot from different collectors. Even the head Admin here, Is a guy.. You will fit right in.. It's nice to meet you.. One more thing, I like your user name, My bunny is named star..

Ah, hello there sir. I am being known as ChaoticGoddessOfLuv (or just Chaotic for short, if you please), notorious as the site's (most likely even the world's) great No Heart fangirl. im a guy who loves care bears life long fan they are a true blessing from god im truly grtaeful the carebears are around they really helped me in times of sadness thank you jesus for your wonderful blessings, and i welcome you here too this is one staticool place. |
