Yesterday when I went to H-E-B Plus I checked the claw machine as I always do looking for Care Bears. And, inside it was a classic-style re-launched Heartsong Bear! My Mom generously gave me $2 of my own money (4 tries). However, even though I kept on grabbing at the head (It was sitting up.) The claw was too loose, and wouldn't grab ahold of the Care Bear! I tried three times while my Mom tried once. Personally I had alot more money left over, and I would have kept on going until it was all completed, but we had to leave to go to Wal-Mart, because we had to shop for my Grandma. And earlier this year in the Arcade at the mall there was a claw machine literally filled with Care Bears, but just my luck, the claw machine was broken! (I tried a few times, but the claw machine would only move a few pace then grab at nothing!) I also remember that a few fet away there was a claw machine that had jumbo dolls in it, and there were a few Care Bears in it, but it required a lot more money to play it. I also remember that one of the prizes at the arcade you can trade for tickets was a Birthday Bear! My mMm even offered money for one of the Care Bear prizes, but they said they were not selling them. When I came back a few months later all of the Care Bear were gone, except for one in the jumbo claw machine, but it was on display. And, the smaller claw machine was filled with rubber balls, and I stil don't know if that machine ever got fixed. The Care Bears as prizes were gone as well. A few months ago in in October or September I believe. I went to the PX on base at Fort Hood. There was a claw machine in there too, and inside it was a classic-style relaunched Good Luck Bear, but even if we had the money, and my Mom allowed me to get it I wouldn't have been able to, because it was sitting up and squished into one of the corners. And, a few months ago at a Carnival I saw some bears that were knock-offs of Care Bear to be won as prizes. Will I ever win one! I've never found any Care Bears goods at Goodwill either. I've never been to a flea market. Please share your luck, finds, and winnings. I |
