Does anyone know where I can find my sanity? (This poll will be open until Saturday January 9 @ midnight) The gathering location is set: Lebanon, PA (Hershey)! Please vote for the dates that will work best for you. You may select one, two, or even all three options. DO NOT VOTE IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY NOT ATTEND! This will cause false positives. What happens? You can potentially alter the poll from it's real results and make the poll invalid. So please, don't do it! If I notice it happening, I will make the needed adjustments. What does absolutely not attend mean? It means: you will not be coming to Lebanon, PA to attend the gathering! However, if you think you can attend, or if your attendence depends on dates, please vote! If you have a strong reason why a specific date range works best for you, please post and let me know why! You'd be better off trying to schedule during that trip as opposed to after it instead of flying to NJ, flying home, then flying to PA.

I'm sorry for all of those who will be unable to attend because the location is inconvenient to you. Its ashame that we're so spread out. But fret not. Not only will The Gathering probably be coming your way in later years, but as long as we're all on SHRH, we will always be together. Chaotic, if you came, that would be totally awesome. Unfortunately, as is normally the problem with my family, we haven't planned out our summer yet, so I'm not gonna vote on a date until I know which is going on (although it'll probably be too late, lol). I just hope that my parents don't schedule a trip overlapping The Gathering. At this point, I have my doubts about my attendance. That said, I'd like to go ahead and vote on the off chance I win the lottery. (I'm just kidding on the lottery thing, although that would help.) I gave the first two choices a vote, as July 30-Aug 1 would be pushing it too much since I really, really, really hope to have a teaching job by then and our school system starts back around the 4th or 5th most years. (Dont blame me... I assure you that didn't choose when school starts back.) As I've said before, do not let my vote be the deciding factor. If it's a close call, please disregard my votes and do whatever works for the rest of you. I don't want to mess it up for everyone else, when I may not be able to attend anyway. TTFN, TCB
