I'm ashamed to admit, yes I am.  Lack of new merchandise plus lack of funds for vintage = nothing new to report.

I dont really collect to build up a massive collection, I only collect items of interest. last item I bought was my 8" aical grumpy bear beanie from walgreens. and that was like, almost a year ago? heh but he is so cute even tho im not too into the aical design. maybe the plush designs do more justice for them than the cartoon version  |

I haven't gotten new Care Bear stuff in a really long time. A friend of mine recently gave me a 13" Glow-a-Lot Oopsy as a present, which is awesome, though it's not really a new addition because I already had one. I also got a mint condition copy of "The Magic Words" book but only to replace the poor condition one I already have in my collection. The most recent new Care Bear thing I've gotten recently was an AiCaL coloring book that Muffin bought for me that he still has at his place. Before that, I'd say it's been a good couple of years since I've gotten anything new for my collection. The few things I still need just aren't affordable :-( Edited to add: I forgot, I did actually get one small Care Bear thing about a month ago...a copy of the Environmentals book "Care Bears and the Big Cleanup"! Believe it or not, I hadn't had a copy before! Edited by Peppermint Fizz, Feb 12 2010, 11:05 PM.

Nothing new in a long, long time. Actually, the last one I got was from a student last year. She got me a Bedtime Bear from the quarter/50 cent machines in one of our local pizza places. It's just a couple of inches tall. I kept it on my desk at the school the rest of the school year. Now it's sitting on my printer. I honestly cannot remember the last time I bought a Care Bear... it's been awhile. |

I considered buying a True Heart, but I just can't afford it. My last bear was a vintage Share Bear that I got as a gift for Christmas. |

Not really. I haven't been hitting up the flea markets and yard sales as much as I used to. Most of my cash has been toward my guitars and such. Oh well, I'll probably go tomorrow. BTW, the last bear I got was a big AiCAL True Heart. Seems those ones are a bit harder to find compared to the 2003/2005 bears. |

Sadly, I don't collect anymore. There's nothing I want that I don't have already. I think the last addition to my collection was Cheer Bear, dressed up as a reindeer, that my mother-in-in law sent me for Christmas, in 2008. :p |
